You can book our domestic cleaning services anytime between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. We allot a 30 minute window for when the service will commence, so you know exactly when to expect our house cleaner’s arrival. This allows a buffer for traffic and parking. Please note that we do not operate on public holidays.

How long does it take to clean my house?
If you choose an hourly cleaning service, our cleaners will only work in the time you allot to them. We consider this a "partial house clean". For a fixed rate cleaning service, the size of your home and list of house cleaning requirements will determine the time needed. Our team will discuss this with you ahead of your service. If you booked any extras such as deep cleaning, fridge cleaning, or spring cleaning, then please expect for more time to be required for the service.
Do I have to be home for the house cleaning?
Nope! You don't need to be home for the house clean. Just leave the key for entry and our Brisbane house cleaners will take it from there. Please make sure to let our support team know how the cleaner can access your house.
