1. Recitals
Maid2Match Pty Ltd (ABN 32 603 108 014) (“Maid2Match”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides domestic cleaning services through our employee network across Australia. Bookings are made via our website at www.maid2match.com.au (“Website”) and our secure online platform. All cleaning services are delivered by Maid2Match-employed cleaning professionals.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Maid2Match’s Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This license does not permit:

Modifying or copying the materials;

Using the materials for any commercial or public display;

Attempting to reverse engineer any software on the Website;

Removing any copyright or proprietary notices;

Transferring materials to another person or “mirroring” them on other servers.
This license shall automatically terminate if any of these restrictions are violated. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded material in your possession.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our Website, creating a User Profile, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use our platform.
4. Our Service Model
All cleaning services are fulfilled by our trained and insured employees. This ensures consistency, reliability, and accountability for our customers. You are booking directly with Maid2Match, not an intermediary or external party.
5. Payments & Security
We use Stripe, a globally recognised and PCI-compliant payment gateway, to securely process card payments. At the time of booking, your card details are securely tokenised and stored by Stripe. We do not store your card information.
By booking with us, you authorise automatic payment collection upon completion of the service. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.
6. Call Recording
We record most incoming and outgoing customer service calls for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution. By calling Maid2Match, you consent to this recording unless otherwise notified.
7. Changes & Cancellations

Bookings can be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee to compensate staff for scheduling disruptions.
8. Disclaimer
All Website content is provided “as is”. Maid2Match makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from use or reliance on our Website or services.
9. Limitations
Maid2Match is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use of the Website or inability to use the service—even if notified of the possibility.
10. Intellectual Property
All content and branding on this Website is owned or licensed by Maid2Match. You may view and print content for personal use only. Commercial reproduction or republication requires written permission.
11. Dispute Resolution
