Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to contact you to organise each recurring clean?
After you set up recurring service, we’ll be there like clockwork on the date and time you choose. We will send a reminder email three days before and again the day before so you’ll have a heads up.
Do I have to be home for my clean?
Not at all, you can just leave us a key to gain entry and we will take it from there. You can leave a key under the mat, in the mailbox or lockbox, at the front-desk if you live in an apartment... whatever is most convenient for you. Please just add the location of the key to the comment section of your booking.
How many cleaners do you send?
Our partners work in singles and pairs. For larger homes we do try to ensure there is two cleaners performing the clean.

This suburb is found on the south-western Sydney, Australia. It is located a distance of 10 km away from the Sydney’s CBD and within the local government area of Canterbury-Bankstown Council. Its nearby suburbs are the Tempe, Dulwich Hill, Bexley North, and Clemton Park.
Earlwood was initially owned by John Parkes in 1827, a land which he acquired as a grant. The name of the suburb started as Parkestown and later changed to Earlwood in 1918. Wood referred to a retired mayor of Canterbury while ‘Earl’ was a name used to refer to the two brothers who had a poultry and a pig farm in the region.
The main commercial area of the suburb is around the Homer Street, 500 m from Bardwell railway station. The place features a number of restaurants and cafes making the suburb a nice place to take a rest and relax in while taking lunch. The suburb has maintained roads served by a number of buses going in different routes and all are managed by Punchbowl Bus Company and State Transit Authority.
