We currently employ over 170 permanent employee cleaners across the country, which we are extremely proud of.

The Maid2Match Field Staff are the heart and soul of our business. They show up in full uniform, cleaning supplies in hand, eager to make your home sparkle.

Our Team Leaders (pictured!) oversee high-performing teams of professional cleaners. They provide both positive and constructive feedback to their team members and manage any last minute reschedules needed.

Not only do our Team Leaders supervise previously experienced cleaners, but they also train inexperienced cleaners to become top-notch professionals.

Our Field Staff are the reason that we have such raving reviews from our regular customers.

Maid2Match is owned and operated by brothers Jason and Toby Schulz, who remain deeply involved in every aspect of the business.

Toby leads daily operations and recruitment, managing both our Field Team Leaders and office Team Leaders to ensure seamless service delivery across Australia.

Jason oversees finance, compliance, and business strategy, managing our in-house Finance Team to maintain the company’s strong foundation.

The Schulz brothers are committed to transforming Australia’s cleaning industry by proving that domestic cleaning can be a genuine career, not just a job.

Maid2Match was founded in 2014, with our first service being performed in our hometown of Brisbane.

Our vision was straightforward: high-quality cleaning services with convenient online booking and transparent, upfront pricing.

From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown to serve thousands of regular customers across Australia.

All of our professional cleaners are vetted with multiple interviews and police-checked. They are either previously experienced or fully trained by one of our excellent Field Team Trainers.

We proudly offer house cleaning, NDIS cleaning services, bond cleaning, and office cleaning. We’re always hiring more cleaners, so get in touch if you want to redefine what it means to work in cleaning!
