Today’s clean was a back-up cleaner as Bianka couldn’t make it. Considering this cleaner has never been to my home before, nor knew the routine – she just got on with it & did a fantastic job! Ugyen is always polite, friendly and respectful. Does a great job and is open to changing things up if needed, let’s say dusting one week then skirting boards the next. Good to have someone that can be flexible depending on what’s happening within the home.
